Effects Striking this point can be very dangerous. It can disrupt the heart, because this is the Mu-Point of the heart. It can also affect the Lungs and cause unconsciousness or even death. Will knock the wind out of your opponent.  Can be even more dangerous against those over forty because of the increased risk of the xiphoid process being broken off.

Effects Striking this point causes great Qi drainage with lost of power and will disrupt the energy balance of the body. It can cause damage to the Heart and local damage to the sternum. Also may cause problems breathing, unconsciousness or even death.

Effects Can cause extreme nausea, KO, and loss of teeth.
